Fronted by our Projects Director, each project is managed by one of our Project Managers who is responsible for the overall planning and resource levels required. This brief includes members of staff and project Site Labour Loadings.
Day-to-Day administration and development of the project is handled by one of our Contracts Managers who will be site based and will also maintain regular contact with the client’s representative. One charge hand and a site agent will be appointed for each group of 10 workers. Both the Projects and Contract Manager will attend site as necessary to represent us at Progress and Co-ordination Meetings as required.

The Project Manager ensures that during commissioning that the entire project is thoroughly inspected and that operations and maintenance manuals are handed over to the appropriate personnel complete with a scheduled maintenance proposal.
